Questions
The things vendors ask before they trust the index, or before they buy anything. Each one has its own page, and the answer is the one we give on a call.

Question
Are you scraping ChatGPT?
ChatGPT and Perplexity are queried through their own official APIs. Google publishes no API for AI Overviews or AI Mode, so those two come from a third-party SERP provider whose own documentation calls it scraping — and every edition says so.
-
Question
You rank us, then sell us a fix. Isn't that a protection racket?
Position cannot be bought, and the inclusion rule and the formula are published before the run. Clients are named in the methodology of each edition published during the engagement and for twelve months after it ends; where a genuine legal or contractual restriction prevents naming one, that edition gives the number withheld instead.

Question
Can you guarantee we'll rank higher?
No, and neither can anyone else charging you for it. We commit to delivered units on a fixed date and to a refund you compute yourself. Under Australian Consumer Law a claim you cannot substantiate is misleading conduct.

Question
Why these 108 vendors? Who decided?
A published test decided: does the product contain something only a care provider would ever use? Anyone can see how the list is drawn, and vendors cannot opt in or out.
-
Question
Multiple runs each — is that statistically meaningful?
It is not a poll. Every question is asked more than once of every engine — three times in the August 2026 edition — and the edition publishes how often the answer repeated: 35%. Visibility is a probability, not a position.

Question
Why should we trust a publisher in Indonesia?
You shouldn't, on our say-so. The method is published before the run, every number traces to text stored for three years, and corrections are marked on the edition they affect.
