Why should we trust a publisher in Indonesia?
You shouldn’t, on our say-so. What you can do is check — which is the whole design.
The index is published by PT Arka Wiweka Saksama, a company registered in Medan, Indonesia. The publisher is named here, and it has been publishing before asking any vendor for anything.
Three things you can verify without trusting anybody:
The method is published before the run. The inclusion rule, the scoring formula, the engines, the models, the question count and what was excluded and why. Not a summary — the instrument.
Every number traces to stored text. Raw answers are kept for three years, so any figure ever published can be traced back to the words it came from. Challenge one and you get the evidence, not an argument.
Corrections are marked, not quietly applied. Where a figure was wrong we say so on the edition it affects, with the figures as first published beside the figures now. The August 2026 edition carries one.
Being outside the market is also the point
We have no relationships in Australian care software to protect. We have never worked for a vendor in this index, we do not attend the conferences, and we owe nobody a favourable reading. An index published from inside a market has to be trusted about its friendships; this one does not.
The commercial side is ordinary and checkable too: the contract is drafted under Indonesian law and is with counsel, and so is the mutual NDA. If you want your own lawyer to read them, that is expected rather than awkward.
