What we sell
Which buyer questions you are losing, who is winning them, and — if you want it — the work aimed at those questions.
Monitor
A$390 a month
Your score and rank among the 108, broken out by system, because ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Mode and Google AI Overviews do not agree with each other. How often you were named and your visibility score, with the change since last month marked only where the named-in change clears your own noise band — where it does not, the report says “no detectable change” rather than “no change”, and prints the band beside the named-in figure (“inside ±X”), so what a change had to beat is something you can see rather than take on trust. The same test for the vendors named in your place. Whether AI is citing your own site or someone else’s page about you. And the full list of questions you were absent from, filtered to the market you actually sell into.
Rank is where you stand, not what changed. A rank shifts when other vendors move and when the registry grows, neither of which is you being named more, so we never mark rank movement.
That filter is the part worth explaining. One vendor in the August edition is absent from six questions every engine answered inside their own segment — a number they can act on. Across all 400 they are absent from 106, but most of those are outside their market and they never competed for them. A tool would have quoted them the 106.
What we need from you: once, within five business days of signing, written confirmation of the domains you own and the ways your name is written. Nothing after that.

Standard
A$2,400 a month
Everything in Monitor, and then the work. Articles delivered for publication under your name, each aimed at a question the measurement says you are losing, and rewrites of your own product or pricing pages, in the numbers set out in your order form. A consistency audit across your directory listings. And a monthly report saying what was delivered, and what changed by more than the noise. The sample report shows what a Standard month adds.
Standard is limited to three clients at a time.
What we need from you: the same confirmation as Monitor, and within five business days of signing, an editor account on your site or a named person who publishes what we send within three business days; access to the byline the articles go under; and a disclosed, branded account of your own on each community platform in your order form. Then one approver who approves each piece, or returns consolidated changes, within three business days.
The articles and the rewrites are what we commit to. The rest is what we also do. We answer in the communities where your buyers ask, and we pitch your content to third-party sites — but neither is a counted unit, because neither opportunity is ours to create. A site decides whether to accept a placement, and a discussion worth answering exists only if somebody starts one. We counted: across ninety days there were two to four answerable threads in the Australian care-provider communities, not thirty a month. Committing to a number we cannot supply would have been a promise the refund rule pays out on, so we do the work and do not count it.
The weight is deliberately on your own site. We measured why: in the August 2026 edition, 53.8% of the sources cited were tracked vendors’ own websites — including your competitors’ comparison posts. The work is making sure the vendor the engines read is you.
Setup
A$1,500 once, either tier
We verify the legal entity, every domain you own, every way your name gets written, and which of the three markets your buyers’ questions actually come from. That happens in the week after the setup fee is paid; work under the contract starts only once it is. Your baseline is then measured in the next monthly edition. Setup is not refundable.
It is never sold on its own and never skipped, for a reason worth stating
plainly. One tracked vendor answers on both a .com and a .com.au, and the
engines cite the .au one. Until both were recorded, twelve citations were credited to
nobody — they simply vanished. Get this wrong and every monthly number afterwards is about a
company that resembles you.
How long you commit
Two ways in, on either tier. Both include setup.
| Monitor | Standard | |
|---|---|---|
| Three months cancellable |
A$2,670 1,500 + 3 × 390 |
A$8,700 1,500 + 3 × 2,400 |
| Twelve months prepaid, pay ten |
A$5,400 1,500 + 10 × 390 saves A$780 |
A$25,500 1,500 + 10 × 2,400 saves A$4,800 |
Three months is the way in if you would rather check us than take our word. You get your own numbers, from the same instrument that produces the public index, and if we are not worth it you stop and keep them. You can stop in any month, on thirty days’ written notice.
But three months of Standard will not tell you whether Standard worked. Pages have to be published, then found, then read, and expect three to four months before anything visible moves. The index reports monthly and prints a stability figure for exactly this reason: in the August edition, when an AI system named a vendor at all, it named them again on every repeat of the same question 35% of the time. A single month is mostly noise. Cancel at three and you will have paid for the work and stopped before the measurement could show you what it did.
So if what you want is to check us, three months of Monitor does that and costs a fraction as much. If what you want is the work, give it the twelve months it needs to be judged on. Taking three months of Standard buys you the expense of the work and the least informative reading of it.
And starting on Monitor does not cost you the setup twice. Move up whenever the measurement says there is something worth fixing: the change takes effect straight away, that month is prorated, and there is no second setup fee, because the entity, the domains, the ways your name gets written and the segment do not change when the tier does. Three months of Monitor and then a prepaid year of Standard comes to A$26,670, against A$25,500 for the year taken straight — so checking us first costs A$1,170, not A$2,670, because the setup was always going to be paid once. Moving back down waits for a month boundary. Paying monthly, including on the three-month start, you move down from the start of the next month on thirty days’ written notice; on a prepaid year, when the year ends. Either way no month of the work is bought at the price of a month of watching.
Twelve months is twelve for the price of ten. Setup is separate either way and is not discounted. Cancel a prepaid year early and the refund is worked out at the list price for the months delivered, not the discounted one — the discount is what completing the term buys.
After either, month to month. Thirty days’ written notice. We can also end it on sixty days and refund anything paid for after that, which is in the contract because if we cannot deliver what we promised, holding your money is not a business worth having.
What we will not promise
We do not promise an outcome, and nobody honestly can. We commit to delivered units on a fixed date each month: on Standard, the articles and page rewrites set out in your order form. Every month you also get a report saying what was delivered, and what changed by more than the noise. We cannot commit to what an AI system will say, because no published research demonstrates that any technique reliably produces a citation, and anyone telling you otherwise is selling you a guess.
Expect three to four months before anything visible moves. We say this before you sign and repeat it in the first report. Pages have to be published, then found, then read.
You are measured by the same instrument as everyone else. Your numbers come from the same scan that produces the public index, so you can check our report against a page we do not control the contents of. And if you become a client, that is disclosed too — the disclosure says how.
If you leave early
Paying monthly on Standard, the refund for the month you leave in is worked out from what was actually delivered rather than from how many days are left. Each article and each rewrite carries a weight, the weights total 100, and you get back that month’s fee times the share of the weight not delivered. The weights are on the Order Form, so you can compute it yourself without asking us. On Monitor paid monthly there is nothing to weigh: you stop on thirty days’ written notice and pay nothing after the month it ends.
Leaving a prepaid year, you get back what you prepaid less the list price for the months delivered, and never less than nothing.
If we end a prepaid year, for any reason, or you end it because we broke the contract, you get back the part of what you prepaid that covers the time after it ends. The discount is not yours to lose when we are the reason.
Setup is not refundable: it is delivered in the week after it is paid, and it is never sold separately. Work outside the committed articles and rewrites — community answers, pitches, placements, the directory audit — does not enter the calculation, which favours you slightly.
The index stays free
When one of your prospects asks an AI system which NDIS software to use, you are either in that answer or you are not. The index measures that, monthly, across 108 Australian care-sector vendors and 650 buyer questions, and publishes the result for nothing. It always will.
Position in it cannot be purchased and is never altered for a client. The inclusion rule and the scoring formula are published before an edition runs. Anyone can see how the list is drawn and how scores are computed, and any figure traces to stored answers on request. Buying from us makes your relationship with us more visible, not less. Clients are named in the methodology of each edition published during the engagement and for twelve months after it ends; where a genuine legal or contractual restriction prevents naming one, that edition gives the number withheld instead.
