Can you guarantee we’ll rank higher?
No — and neither can anyone else charging you for it.
We commit to delivered units on a fixed date every month: on Standard, articles delivered for publication under your name and rewrites of your own pages, in the numbers set out in your order form. Those are ours to promise, so we put a number on them. Every month you also get a report saying what was delivered, and what changed by more than the noise.
We do not put a number on outcomes. Pitches to publications, and answers in buyer communities, we make where there is a real opening — but a publisher saying yes, or a discussion worth answering, is never ours to create, so neither is a committed unit. And no published research demonstrates that any technique reliably produces a citation in an AI answer.
Why anyone promising you a ranking is a problem
Under Australian Consumer Law, a quality or performance claim you cannot substantiate is misleading conduct. This is not a technicality — the ACCC has fined a comparison site for exactly that kind of claim.
So a supplier guaranteeing you a position in an AI answer is either promising something they cannot deliver, or has not thought about what happens when they do not. Ask any of them for the evidence behind the guarantee before you ask us anything else.
What you can hold us to instead
Fixed units at a fixed price, and a refund you compute yourself. Each kind of deliverable carries a weight, the weights total 100, and if we under-deliver your refund is the fee paid less the weight delivered. You do not have to ask us what you are owed. The programme is here.
And expect three to four months before anything visible moves. We say that before you sign and repeat it in the first report.
